These Terms govern your use of the Digiscrypt Careers portal at careers.digiscrypt.com, operated by Digiscrypt Technologies ("Digiscrypt", "we", "us"). By creating an account or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Applying is not an offer
Submitting an application creates no employment relationship and is not an offer of employment. We review applications at our discretion and contact only those we wish to take forward. We make no guarantee of a response, interview, or job.
2. Accurate information
You agree that the information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and your own. Misrepresentation, forged documents, or impersonation will result in disqualification and, if already hired, may be grounds for termination.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login confidential. You may apply with your own email only. Notify us at support@digiscrypt.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Documents
We ask for additional documents (such as government ID, marksheets, or certificates) only after you have been shortlisted, and only as needed to verify your candidacy or complete onboarding. Please upload only what is requested. Do not upload documents that don't belong to you.
5. Intellectual property
The portal, its content and branding belong to Digiscrypt. Any work samples or materials you share remain yours; by sharing them you permit us to review them as part of evaluating your application.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the portal, upload malware, or apply on someone else's behalf without authorization. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The portal is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiscrypt is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
